KATHMANDU, Dec 5: Judicial council member Padam Prasad Baidik has resigned from his post to be effective from December 4.

Baidik tendered his resignation to President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Thursday. The president endorsed his resignation, according to a press release issued by Sheetal Niwas, the president’s office.
