Inter-Parliamentary Speakers' Conference delegates call on PM Oli

KATHMANDU, May 13: Participants of the Inter-Parliamentary Speakers' Conference (ISC) held a meeting with Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli today.


During the meeting held at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar, experiences were shared on promoting peace and shared prosperity through parliamentary diplomacy and cooperation.

On the occasion, PM Oli expressed Nepal's willingness to work together with the ISC on international platforms to achieve common goals.


The meeting was attended by Malaysian parliamentarians Datuk Wira, Dr Mohd Hatta bin Md Ramli, Rodziah binti Ismail, and Datuk Larry Sng Wei Shien, along with ISC advisor from Japan, Masaichi Hori, and other participants.


Similarly, representing Nepal were newly appointed ISC Secretary General and Member of Parliament Ek Nath Dhakal, CPN (UML) whip Sunita Baral, and Prime Minister Oli’s chief advisor, Bishnu Prasad Rimal.
