Indian national arrested over fraud

KATHMANDU, Aug 11: Police on Tuesday arrested an Indian national in accuse of duping people assuring them to send to Canada as earthquake victims.

Pawan Kumar Agrawal of Sirsa, Hariyana, India was arrested from New Road in an accuse of duping Rs 2.7 million. He had assured them to send to Canada as the earthquake victims.Eleven 'victims' had filed a complaint against Agrawal. The police said that they are looking into the issue.
