The report of the bill, endorsed by the National Assembly—the upper house of the Federal Parliament—will now be presented in the HoR for endorsement.

There is a provision that the bill should be taken to the National Assembly again after approval from the HoR. If an amendment made by the HoR is accepted by the National Assembly, it will be certified by the National Assembly Chair and sent to the President for certification. The bill will become law after the President's certification and come into implementation.
