Elderly, single women, physically disabled, Dalit and children from Barmajhiya VDC of Saptari district, who have not received their social security allowances, blocked the highway from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. [break]
They say that Barmajhiya VDC secretary Dev Narayan Sah is out of contact with their nine months´ allowances. They agreed to open the highway only after the local police promised them that they will find Sah in the next two days.
