KATHMANDU: The hearing on the writ petition filed by Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane and Chhabilal Joshi has been postponed.
The hearing at the Butwal bench of Tulasipur High Court was deferred after their legal team requested a postponement. Lamichhane and Joshi, who are currently in judicial custody in connection with the Supreme Cooperative fraud and organized crime charges, were scheduled for a hearing today. Through the lottery system, the case had been assigned to a joint bench of courtroom no 3.

However, because Lamichhane’s case was also scheduled for a hearing at Patan High Court today, his lawyers sought a postponement at the Butwal bench, leading to the adjournment.
