KATHMANDU, Jan 12: Both gold and silver prices saw a sharp increase in the Nepali market on Monday.

Gold and silver prices remain steady
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Traders’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of gold rose by Rs 4,100 per tola in a single day, reaching Rs 274,700. On Sunday, the price was Rs 270,600 per tola.
Similarly, silver also surged by Rs 205, reaching Rs 5,195 per tola, up from Rs 4,990 per tola on Sunday, the FENEGOSIDA reported.
