Gold price rises by Rs 5,200

This is Rs 5,200 higher than Monday, when hallmark gold was priced at Rs 242,700 per tola.

KATHMANDU, Nov 25: The price of gold in the local market increased significantly on Tuesday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), hallmark gold is trading at Rs 247,900 per tola today.

This is Rs 5,200 higher than Monday, when hallmark gold was priced at Rs 242,700 per tola.


The price of silver has also risen, reaching Rs 3,200 per tola today—an increase of Rs 85 compared to Monday’s price of Rs 3,115 per tola, according to FENEGOSIDA.
