Gold price increases by Rs 1,400 per tola

The price, which remained unchanged on Monday, has been fixed at Rs 169,500 per tola today. On the previous day, it was traded at Rs 168,100 per tola.

KATHMANDU, March 4: The price of gold has increased by Rs 1,400 per tola in the domestic market on Tuesday.


According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price, which remained unchanged on Monday, has been fixed at Rs 169,500 per tola today. On the previous day, it was traded at Rs 168,100 per tola.

Meanwhile, the price of silver has also increased by Rs 25 per tola. Silver is currently being traded at Rs 1,940 per tola, up from Rs 1,915 per tola on Monday.
