KATHMANDU, Nov 18: Gangster Satya Man Lama, sentenced to imprisonment, has been arrested today by the District Police Range Kathmandu.
Lama, who had been condemned to imprisonment and fined in a check bounce case, was apprehended after the court's ruling. Though a resident of Temal, Kavre, he was living in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-4 at the time of arrest.

The Kathmandu District Court had issued the verdict on April 9, 2024, sentencing Lama to two years in prison along with a fine of Rs 3 million and an order to pay Rs 3 million in restitution. He will now be brought before the court and will then be transferred to jail to serve his sentence.
