KATHMANDU, June 23: Dibyashwori Chand, the wife of former Prime Minister and founder of Rastriya Prajatantra Party Lokendra Bahadur Chand, died this morning. She was 82.
RPP leader Rajaram Shrestha said that Dibyashwori passed away while undergoing treatment at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH) in Kathmandu. She was suffering from high blood pressure, paralysis and other illnesses.

Dibyashwori leaves behind her husband, two sons and two daughters.
The final rites of Dibyashwori would be performed at Pashupati Aryaghat later today, according to family sources.
