Football team leaves for Kathmandu

JHAPA, Feb 16: The Nepali football team which arrived in Jhapa this afternoon after winning the men’s football tournament of the 12th South Asian Games has left for Kathmandu after a delay in their flight.

Although the team was scheduled to board a flight to Kathmandu from Bhadrapur airport at 2:55 pm, the team left for Kathmandu only at 3:50 pm.

The delay was due to victory rallies that took longer time than expected.
