The outbreak occurred from electric short circuit at 9 a.m. in the second flood of a house owned by Pemba Chiring, located at Birmarg in Thamel, our correspondent Sundar Khanal reported.
The fire that was doused by Juddha Fire Brigade by 11 a.m. damaged furniture worth about 20,000. There was no human casualty.
