KATHMANDU, Jan 21: An ‘Exchange Fest’, organized by Cimex Inc. Pvt Ltd, the official distributor of BYD vehicles for Nepal, will be held from January 22 to 26.
In the fest, customers can exchange BYD’s brand new electric vehicles (EVs) with any brand of old vehicle they own. By participating in the exchange, customers will receive excellent evaluation along with exchange bonus, loyalty bonus, free premium accessories, and free charger installation.

The program will be held at five locations in the Kathmandu Valley. The fest will also take place at Butwal, Bhairahawa, Itahari, Birtamod, Janakpur, Birgunj, Pokhara, Banepa, Nepalgunj and Narayanghat. By participating in the exchange fest, customers can exchange popular EVs like BYD's Atto 3, Dolphin and M6 with old vehicles.
BYD is the best selling EV brand in the Nepali market. The models like the Atto 3, Dolphin, and M6 are considered very popular. The brand has garnered a large following of EV enthusiasts in Nepal due to the contribution made by Cymex Inc. in the development of charging infrastructure and after-sales services.
