They have padlocked the office of the Vice-Chancellor and Rector as well as obstructed all treatment services except for emergency.
According to Chairman of the All Nepal Health Workers´ Association, Chatur Narayan Chaudhary, treatment will be provided to those patients, who had bought tickets for OPD services, even if all treatment services except for emergency are closed.
He said they will issue a notice today and inform about the closure of all services except for emergency from Sunday.
