SARLAHI, June 20: A district in-charge of Biplav-led group has been shot dead during an exchange of fire with the police in the district.

Police and cadres of the group were engaged in the exchange of fire on Thursday afternoon in Lalbandi of the district in which district in-charge Kumar Poudel was killed. According to DSP Dan Bahadur Thapa, a team of police is en route to the incident site.
