KATHMANDU, March 5: Senior leader of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Bhagat Singh Koshyari on Saturday remarked that only less than one percent of the issue in Nepal’s constitution needs to be settled.

“Dispute remains only over the demarcation of the provinces,” he said at an interaction at Reporters Club, “I am hopeful that the issue will be addressed soon and all the issues pertaining implementation of the constitution will be resolved.”

Saying that a new light of hope has been seen following amendments of the constitution, the Indian leader said that justifiable demands should be identified and addressed.
