The girl, a resident Manpada area of Dombivli, was studying in class IX of a Dombivli-based school. The incident took place around 2am.
The girl was upset as her mother refused to give her money. She went to the neighbouring under-construction building and jumped. She suffered severe injuries on head and neck and was declared dead at RR hospital. An accidental death case has been registered with Manpada police.
