PARBAT, July 16: The death toll in a jeep accident at Durlung of Kushma Municipality-3 in the district has reached two.
The latest victim of the accident is four-year-old Prince Chhetri. He died this morning at Gandaki Medical College in Pokhara. Earlier, a seven-year-old Shital BK was killed in the accident.

The jeep (Ga 1 Ja 5229) met with an accident at Gaudamuni of Durlung on Saturday night. The ill-fated vehicle was headed to Durlung from Kushma Bazaar. Brake failure is blamed for the accident. Seven of the injured were referred to Pokhara for further treatment, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Madhusudan Neupane. Other injured are receiving treatment at Parbat hospital, he said.
