The Dalit Common Forum Gulmi chairman Ganesh Bishwakarma has welcomed the decision of the Mahayagya main celebration committee to allow the dalits during the Mahayagya Shova Yatra.
The Shova Yatra is a colorful procession in which its members carry Kalash (water-filled clay vessels) and pass through the public area.
The objective of organizing the Mahayagya is to collect funds for the holistic development of the campus. The event will run from October 31 to November 7, according to the organizers.
