CDO Koshhari Niraula and DSP Binod Silwal were ordered to be present within three days in connection with the petition filed against the District Administration Office and District Police Office of the district after a proprietor of a manpower company was arrested.
The order was issued by the bench of Udaya Prakash Chapagain for five people including Niraula and Silwal. Manpower company proprietor Bedkumar Karki had filed the writ.
CDO Niraula said Karki was taken into control for enquiry as many manpower companies were found running illegally in various places of the district.
