According to Ram Ashish Yadav, Chief Whip of the Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP), the decision was made during a meeting of the seven-party ruling coalition held earlier on Sunday. Yadav, who was appointed Chief Minister on December 5 with the support of seven parties, has appointed three ministers without portfolio in his cabinet on Sunday.
