Kumari Pun of Baskharka VDC-5 of the district gave birth to the son ON Saturday morning at the District Hospital, Beni. The first child to Kumari Pun and Keshar Hirachan was born at 8 am, according to the hospital. [break]
Indoor Incharge at the hospital Mina Ramjali said that all the internal organs including liver, spleen, small intestine, large intestine, stomach and others are visible from outside.
Ramjali said that preparations were underway to refer the baby to the Kanti Child Hospital, Kathmandu, for further treatment.
Kumari´s mother-in-law Durga Devi has appealed to generous people for help for the treatment of the new-born and added that the family was reeling under financial crisis.
