KATHMANDU, Nov 12: Journalist and cartoonist of Republica Daily Dewen Pandey has been bereaved of his father. His 72-year-old father Rudra Pandey passed away at 6 am on Sunday while undergoing treatment at Venus Hospital. Family sources said Pandey was rushed for treatment to Venus Hospital after complaining of health complications. He had been suffering from asthma since a long time. His last rites were performed at Pashupati Aryaghat in the afternoon. Late Pandey is survived by his wife, two sons and three daughters.
