According to CA Secretariat, the CA meeting has been adjourned for Saturday after the four parties could not strike a deal on the thorny issues of delineating the provinces.
Currently the four parties are holding a meeting in Singha Durbar to iron out differences on the disputed issues.
The meeting of the Constitutional-Political Dialogue and Consensus Committee had been rescheduled for 4 pm today after the four-party meeting was delayed.
