The deceased is ambulance driver Tanka Bahadur Karki of Khairahani municipality-2, confirmed the Chitwan District Police Office. Three among the four injured are in critical condition.
The injured are being treated at Bharatpur Medical College, police said. The critically injured are Kul Bahadur Ghale, Pradip Ghale and Sandeep Ghale of Khairahani-4. The condition of another injured Uma Ghale is normal.
The accident took place when Pradip Ghale was being taken to hospital for further treatment. Police confirmed that the accident occurred when the ambulance (Na 2 Ba 6454) from eastern Chitwan to Bharatpur and the bus (Na 5 Kha 4163) coming from the opposite direction collided each other. RSS
