Bhutanese Home Minister pays tributes to the late Koirala

KATHMANDU, Feb 10: A delegation of Bhutan's Minister for Home and Cultural Affairs Lyonpo Dawa Gyaltshen today paid last tributes to the late former Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sushil Koirala at the local Dashrath Stadium.

The Bhutan's Home Minister and his delegation arrived here Tuesday night to pay tributes to the late Koirala.


Meanwhile, Bhutanese Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay has extended condolence on the demise of the former Prime Minister Koirala. "The demise of the leader Koirala is a great loss to his party and the Nepali people as well," The Bhutanese Premier stated in his condolence message, calling on all to take patience in these hours of grief caused by his passing way.

The Bhutanese PM send his condolence message through Sujata Koirala, Chief of the Nepali Congress Foreign Department.

People have thronged the Dashrath Stadium to offer last respects to the late leader since the morning today. RSS
