Those arrested are Shamsul Alam Suzon, Omar Farooque Bhuyian and Ahamad Sultan.
The racket was found to have replaced the original photos of Nepali passports with those of Bangladeshi nationals. The racketeers would bring Bangladeshi Nepali on tourist visa and then send them to the Gulf countries with fake Nepali passports.
