KATHMANDU, March 5: Senior leader of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Balendra Shah, cast his vote at Annapurna Binayak School polling center in Sinamangal, Kathmandu.
Shah is contesting the House of Representatives election from Jhapa-5, representing the RSP.

According to Acting Chief Election Commissioner Ram Prasad Bhandari, voting began at 7:00 AM as per the scheduled timetable and will continue until 5:00 PM.
