RAUTAHAT, August 21: Action has been taken against a Nepal Police Sub Inspector who danced obscenely at a public fair in Rautahat.
Nepal Police has been facing widespread criticism after the chief of the Dharmapur Police Station, Gadhimai Municipality-7, Rautahat, Sub Inspector Raj Kishore Sah performed an obscene dance with a dancer in police uniform.

In the dance organized on the occasion of Krishna Janmashtami fair, Sub Inspector Sah performed an obscene dance in police uniform in front of thousands of spectators. On the occasion of a religious fair, after the organizing committee organized a dance to an obscene Bhojpuri song, Sah got drunk on the stage and danced obscenely with the dancer, and the video has gone viral with criticism against the police pouring in from all sides.
Chief of Rautahat District Police Office (DPO), Superintendent of Police Bir Bahadur Budhamgar stated that after the news of Sub Inspector Sah performing a vulgar dance against the dignity and conduct of Nepal Police in Uniform came out, the District Police Office, Rautahat has already summoned him to the DPO for further action.
