KATHMANDU, Nov 21: Nepali Congress (NC) has opened its account of victory from Mustang. NC candidate Yogesh Gauchan Thakali, 29, has been elected as a member to the House of Representatives from Mustang.
Yogesh was elected with 3,996 votes where 7,230 votes were cast. His nearest competitor Prem Prasad Tulachan of CPN-UML has got 3,078 votes.

Yogesh, who won from Mustang, is a resident of Leyte Rural Municipality. He graduated in Business Management. He is also a tourism businessman and hotelier.
