BHOJPUR, June 27: An improvised explosive device (IED went off in the house of Prem Bhandari, ward candidate of Bhojpur Municipality-4, representing Nepali Congress, on Tuesday morning.
According to DSP of Bhojpur District Police Office, Kaji Kumar Acharya, the bomb went off at 7 am this morning.

Similarly, another bomb was detonated in the house of UML candidate Indra Kumar Shrestha in Shadananda Municipality at 4 am today.
