UML Morang District Chairman Mahesh Regmi, Nepali Congress Morang Secretary Yadu Bista, RPP Nepal, Sadbhawana Party, INSEC Nepal, Human Rights Commission, FNJ are members of the committee.
According to Chief District Officer of Morang District Toyam Raya the committee will study the case and find out how it happened and will come up with ways to resolve the problem.
An all-party meeting held at the meeting hall of the District Administration Office, Morang on Friday morning, had formed the committee under the lawmaker Mandal.
"The committee will find out the cases of the incident," said CDO Raya, adding, "the committee will make a field-based study and come up with solution to the problem."
Rangeli incident attributed to haughtiness of UDMF and highhandedness of ruling party
Interlocutors present in the all-party meeting have attributed Rangeli incident to the haughtiness of the UDMF and high handedness of the government.
They concluded that the Rangeli incident has been resulted in over the arrogance of the UDMF and the ruling UML while UML Morang Chairman Mahesh Regmi termed the incident as an undemocratic act on the part of the UDMF as they were holding a peaceful rally.
Morang CDO Raya has said that they will intervene in any programs if they are organized without prior information.
He asserted that the parties should inform the District Administration Office about every program before being organized.
