Women's T20 Cricket: Namibia set target of 126-run for Nepal

KATHMANDU, March 12: Namibia has set a modest target of 126 runs for Nepal in the ongoing Women's Day Cup T20I cricket tournament in Uganda.

Nepal won the toss and elected to bowl first at the Entebbe Cricket Oval in Uganda. Namibia managed to score 125 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the alloted overs.

Ishwori Bista took 3 wickets for Nepal.

In their opening match of the tournament, Namibia defeated Nepal by 6 wickets. In their third match, Nepal lost to Hong Kong by 2 runs. However, Nepal managed to defeat the host team Uganda by 1 wicket.

With three matches remaining in the ongoing tournament, Nepal is currently in second place with two points. As the top two teams will compete for the title, Nepal is under pressure to win their remaining matches.
