Locals found secretary Gopal Chimariya, hailing from Morang, hanging at his office on Saturday morning.
Office Assistant Sitaram Dhakal said Chimariya left for the office at around 1 pm on Friday.

“After he didn’t return till evening, we searched for him and found dead this morning,” he said.
District Police Office, Bhojpur said a police team has reached the incident site and reason behind the incident has not been established yet.
