KATHMANDU, March 13: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has set the exchange rates for foreign currencies for today. According to the NRB, the buying rate for one US dollar is Rs 139.24, while the selling rate is Rs 139.84.
Similarly, the buying rate for one euro is Rs 151.94, and the selling rate is Rs 152.59. The buying rate for one UK pound sterling is Rs 180.41, with a selling rate of Rs 181.19. Likewise, the buying rate for one Swiss franc is Rs 157.85, and the selling rate is Rs 158.53.
NRB has set the exchange rates for various foreign currencies today. The buying rate for one Australian dollar is Rs 87.59, while the selling rate is Rs 87.97. Similarly, the Canadian dollar has a buying rate of Rs 96.62 and a selling rate of Rs 97.03. The Singapore Dollar stands at Rs 104.44 for buying and Rs 104.89 for selling.
Additionally, the buying rate for 10 Japanese yen is Rs 9.37, with a selling rate of Rs 9.41. The Chinese yuan is set at Rs 19.23 for buying and Rs 19.31 for selling. Meanwhile, the Saudi Arabian riyal has a buying rate of Rs 37.13 and a selling rate of Rs 37.29, whereas the Qatari riyal is priced at Rs 38.20 for buying and Rs 38.37 for selling.
The buying rate for one Thai Baht is Rs 4.11, while the selling rate is Rs 4.13. The UAE dirham is set at Rs 37.91 for buying and Rs 38.08 for selling. Similarly, the Malaysian ringgit has a buying rate of Rs 31.43 and a selling rate of Rs 31.56. The exchange rate for 100 South Korean won is Rs 9.59 for buying and Rs 9.63 for selling. Additionally, the Swedish krona stands at Rs 13.82 for buying and Rs 13.88 for selling, while the Danish krone has a buying rate of Rs 20.37 and a selling rate of Rs 20.46.
Furthermore, the Hong Kong dollar is set at Rs 17.92 for buying and Rs 18.00 for selling. The Kuwaiti dinar has a buying rate of Rs 451.80 and a selling rate of Rs 453.50. The Bahraini Dinar is Rs 369.36 for buying and Rs 370.95 for selling, while the Omani riyal has a buying rate of Rs 361.67 and a selling rate of Rs 363.23.
For the Indian rupee, the exchange rate for 100 units is Rs 160.00 for buying and Rs 160.15 for selling.
The NRB has stated that the exchange rates are subject to revision at any time as per necessity. Commercial banks may set different rates, and the latest updates can be found on the central bank's website.
