Speaking at a cadres gathering organized in Kailali on Monday, Rawal also said that no one could obstruct the upcoming CA election.[break]
Stating that Kailali should not be split from far-western region, Rawal said that he was in favour of an undivided far-west.
He urged all cadres to return to their respective working areas to make the UML victorious in the election.
