KATHMANDU, Nov 24: Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has appointed Umesh Shrestha, a newly-elected member of the Central Working Committee (CWC), as the treasurer of the party.
According to NC Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel, the decision was made in accordance with the Clause (4) of Article 21 of the NC’s Statute.
