MAHENDRANAGAR, June 21: Two women have died in two different incidents in Kanchanpur district.
According to Kanchanpur District Police Office, the deceased have been identified as Khageswori Raisal (28) of Suda VDC-8 and Maya Karki of Bhimdutta Municipality-9.
Raisal, who had left the house Sunday night after a domestic feud, was found dead in a stream, around 250 meters away from her house this morning, according to the police. Similarly, Karki was found hanging in the toilet of a house she had taken on rent in Mahendranagar.
Police have arrested Mukunda Raisal, Khageswori’s Husband, and Sher Singh Karki, Maya’s husband, for investigation.
