KATHMANDU, Jan 31: Samsung Nepal has unveiled its latest smartphones, the Galaxy S25 Ultra, S25+, and S25, designed to offer the most advanced AI capabilities for a personalized mobile experience. The new series was launched at a press event held on January 30, 2025, at The Soaltee Kathmandu, with Samsung Nepal’s Director Pranaya Ratna Sthapit and Miss Nepal World 2016 Asmi Shrestha in attendance.
According to a press release issued by the company, the Galaxy S25 series introduces Samsung’s most context-aware, personalized AI yet, with features that include seamless integration of multimodal capabilities, a customized Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform, and the AI-first One UI 7. These enhancements allow users to experience natural, intuitive interactions, from performing searches using voice commands to switching between apps effortlessly.
The Galaxy S25 series also offers upgraded privacy features, including the Personal Data Engine for tailored experiences while ensuring data security through Knox Vault and post-quantum cryptography.
With powerful hardware, the series boasts the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, offering a 40 percent boost in NPU performance, improved display quality, and enhanced mobile gaming experience with better Ray Tracing and Vulkan Engine support. The camera system includes a 50MP ultrawide sensor, 10-bit HDR video recording, and AI-enhanced video features like Audio Eraser and Virtual Aperture for pro-level mobile photography, the press release stated.
In terms of durability, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is made with titanium and Corning Gorilla Armor 2, making it the slimmest and most durable in the S series lineup.
Similarly, Samsung is offering several pre-order deals for customers who purchase the Galaxy S25 series. Pre-orders, available from January 30 to February 13, 2025, include a free memory upgrade for the Galaxy S25 Ultra, discounted Galaxy Buds3 Pro, and a Silicone cover for the Galaxy S25+ and S25 models.
