KATHMANDU, Nov 23: Police have arrested Rinpoche Tulku Lama from Dakshinkali-based monastery on an allged rape charge.
A Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police apprehended Lama following a complaint that he raped girls after luring them into medical treatment.
DIG Karki said that Lam had been threatening girls saying that something bad would happen to them if they got married with or had physical relationship with someone without his consent.
It was revealed after two girls came forward complaining that they were exploited sexually.
