KATHMANDU, Feb 19: The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology (DHM) has forecast possible rainfall in many parts of the country on Thursday.
According to the DHM, the weather is partly cloudy in most areas of the country on Wednesday, with the possibility of snowfall in the late afternoon.
Similarly, there is a possibility of light snowfall in one or two places in the high hilly and mountainous areas of the five provinces today.
Although only partial cloudiness and snowfall are expected today, rain is likely on Thursday. Rain and snowfall are expected in six provinces, except for Madhesh Province.
The DHM has said that there is a possibility of light rainfall in six provinces on Thursday as the westerly wind and western low pressure system are becoming more active.
