KATHMANDU, April 6: A man has been arrested on charges of raping a 14-year-old girl on Sunday morning in Morang. The arrested individual has been identified as Anil Rai, 35, of Letang Municipality-2, Morang.
According to the Area Police Office, Letang, the arrest follows a complaint that Rai had raped the girl.
