KATHMANDU, Dec 5: Kunti Kumari Shahi has won the post of General Secretary of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP). Another candidate for the post, popular actress Rekha Thapa was defeated in the polls.
According to today's tally, Kunti won with 2,008 votes while Rekha got 1,640 votes.
