KATHMANDU, Nov 21: Rabindra Mishra of Rastriya Prajatantra Party has surpassed all other candidates to lead the vote count in Kathmandu Constituency-1. Mishra has secured 2,416 votes out of 9,326 votes counted so far.
Nepali Congress Leader Prakashman Singh is trailing behind Mishar with 2,302 votes.
