KATHMANDU, May 20: Delays in the timely promotions of several police officers within Nepal Police have affected the career progression of officers, ranging from the top to the lower levels.
The manifesto includes an objective of creating a people-centric state through social justice, inclusivity, equal opportunities and transparent government.
