KATHMANDU, Sept 28: Continuous rainfall has affected vehicular traffic along the roads near rivers, with the Gwarko-Hattiban road section being completely inundated.
In light of the ongoing heavy rain, the traffic police have urged people to avoid travel unless absolutely necessary.
