KATHMANDU, Nov 27: Gandaki Province Chief Dilliram Bhatta has certified two bills.
According to a statement issued on Thursday by the spokesperson of the Office of the Province Chief, Pravin Paudel, Province Chief Bhatt certified the Bill on Exploration and Management of Mines and Minerals in Gandaki Province and the Gandaki University (First Amendment) Bill, 2082 BS as per Article 201, Clause 2 of the Constitution of Nepal.
