Foreign Minister Rana reaches New Delhi

KATHMANDU, Dec 19: Foreign Minister Arju Rana Deuba has reached New Delhi, India.

Deuba left Germany’s capital Berlin on Wednesday and reached New Delhi this morning. Foreign Minister Rana, who landed at the airport in New Delhi at 8:30 in the morning, was welcomed by the officials of the Nepali Embassy in India.

Foreign Minister Rana reached India after visiting Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany. During her visit to Germany, she participated in a conference related to equal rights -‘Equal Rights Coalition’ 2024.

At the conference, she discussed the challenges of violence, oppression and systemic inequality faced by gender minorities around the world and emphasized the transformative potential of such a policy in fostering inclusivity and justice.
