JANAKPURDHAM, Aug 1: Chairman of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party Nepal (RPP-N), Kamal Thapa, has said federalism was not the national agenda. The country needs a local autonomy governance system.

Speaking at a press conference in Janakpur on Thursday, he said the Constituent Assembly election would not be disrupted just because the CPN-Maoist does not join the election process. [break]

The political forces and any individual have rights to boycott or participate in the election process but could not disturb it.
